We will discuss changes that contact centers are undergoing nowadays. We will explore innovative ways to use APIs to engage customers by phone, chat, notifications or video call.

Experts from Contexta360, Polly.help and Nexmo will share their experience and answer questions on the topic. Which channels are necessary for service? How to manage the ubiquity of customers? What can contextual data and conversational bots mean for your organization?

  • Prins Jaspal, Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and co-founder at Contexta360, will present their latest APIs  (no longer available in the store) and explain why conversational computing matters.
  • Polly.help will explain how they optimize customer satisfaction by the mean of knowledge databases, dynamic help centers and contextual widgets.
  • Nexmo will demo Nexmo’s Dispatch API. This API creates communication workflows and integrates with SMS, messages and social media chats such as WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger and Viber.
