How it works

The Analyzer API is a more extended version of the Contexta360 Speech To Text API. It transcribes telephone data in Dutch, English and French accurately and quickly (other languages on request). It uses advanced Natural Language Algorithms to give actionable metadata. Metadata show performance benchmarks for agents and metrics that provide more insight in conversation content, such as:

Keywords – topics of the conversation
Sentiment – amount of negative or positive remarks within a conversation
The speed of talking – words per minute
Speaking ratios – distribution of agent-customer speaking
Silence ratios – duration of silences

Although the general models already have a high accuracy, you can customize models to fit your industry and make transcriptions even more effective. Audio is uploaded per API call and is transcribed in less than 50% of the audio time.
