KPN / SMS Campaigns

With SMS Campaigns you can send text messages without any coding knowledge. The interface guides you through a couple of simple steps to schedule or directly send an SMS. It is possible to send out a bulk SMS campaign to large number of recipients. You can import a contact list via a CSV file. And, by adding multiple data rows you could personalize text messages with additional data such as first names, delivery dates or custom offers.

How it works

In order to create a new SMS Campaign you need to follow the next few steps:

1. Import Data
   a. Manually add data
   b. Import via CSV file

2. Schedule
   a. Send now
   b. Schedule Date & Time

3. Create Message
   a. Define Sender ID
   b. Draft message

Hereafter we will show you a preview of the campaign. After your confirmation the campaign will be active. Scheduled campaigns can be adjusted or cancelled at any time.
